Runway Rides Ltd takes complaints seriously and will investigate them fairly, proportionately, and promptly.

What You Can Complain About

Complaints may relate to:

  • Driver behaviour
  • Punctuality or missed journeys
  • Safeguarding concerns
  • Discrimination or accessibility issues
  • Vehicle condition
  • Route or handover issues
  • Fares or booking disputes
  • Any breach of our expected standards

What We Will Do

We will acknowledge and investigate complaints promptly, fairly, and proportionately.

  1. Record your complaint.
  2. Review whether it raises an urgent safeguarding or safety concern.
  3. Investigate proportionately.
  4. Respond and explain any action taken.
  5. Keep a record of the complaint.

Serious Matters

Complaints involving safeguarding, assault, discrimination, criminal behaviour, or serious safety concerns will be escalated immediately to the appropriate authority where required.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If your complaint relates to licensed private hire activity and you are not satisfied with our response, you may also contact Leeds City Council Taxi and Private Hire Licensing or any relevant commissioner.
